When you sponsor through this platform, we collect the information needed to process and manage your sponsorship: your name, email address, and mailing address. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card or bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of your payments (date, amount, and the last four digits of your payment method) so we can provide receipts and giving statements.
How We Use It
We use your information to process your monthly sponsorship, send you receipts and updates about the child you sponsor, provide access to the donor portal, and maintain accurate donor records — including in our donor management system. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who make the platform work: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (receipts and updates), and our donor management software.
Cookies
We use only the session cookie required for the site to function — for example, to keep you signed in to the donor portal. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Choices
You can view your giving history and update your payment details anytime in the donor portal. To request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact us at info@hisfeet.com. We retain donation records as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Children's Information
The children featured on this platform are presented with care. We publish only first names and general information, and photos are shared with permission through our partner ministries. This platform is intended for use by adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
